Gargasamhitā 6.39: When these two planets (= Venus and Jupiter) are together in the sky, Brāhmanas and Kṣatriyas are exceedingly pained by loss and serpents.
Enūma Anu Enlil, VAT 10218, 52: If Venus reaches Šulpae and they go side by side, high water will carry off the land.
