Summary
A Greek astrological papyrus from Egypt mentions the Chaldeans as ancient wise men.

Text
The seven gods. After examination of many books as it has been handed down to us from ancient wise men, that is the Chaldeans, and Petosiris and especially also King Necheus just as they themselves took counsel from our lord Hermes and Asclepius, that is Imouthes, son of Hephaestus. For the time given to me, in the first (year) of Antoninus, Caesar the Lord, month Hadrian, according to the Greeks, and according to the Egyptians. Tybi 18, first hour of the day.
