Text
The prayer of the Judas Thomas describes Christ as the partner of Sophia/Holy Spirit. The seven houses referred to are the planetary spheres through which Sophia descends: the eighth, the ogdoad, is the place of rest above them, the heavenly bridechamber.

Acts of Thomas 27 (Wright):
(Judas Thomas invoking the Holy Spirit at the baptism:) Come, compassionate Mother, come, communion of the male, come revealer (fem.) of hidden mysteries, come, Mother of the Seven houses, that thy rest may be (Syriac: whose rest was) in the eighth house.
