Firmicus Maternus, De Errore 8.21.9:
Whoever has that star (= Saturn) on his Ascendant and the Moon well-located, with Mars and Saturn in favourable aspect, will be a great king, glorious, just, pious and long-lived. As life goes on, the greatest possible powers are conferred on him.
