If the earth quakes in Šebat: in the palace of the ruler another one will dwell.

SAA 8 495.4-5:
[If in Šebat the earth] quakes: the enemy will take up residence in the ruler’s palace; [the ruler] will be humiliated [in the land] of his enemy. SMN 3180 13:
If the earth quakes in Šebat, in the sovereign’s palace a foreigner will dwell.

Christian Sogdian Text:
In Šbaṭ: … [if perchance the earth] should quake, the rulers of the land [will be deposed (?)].
