Text
A certain Yekabar acts on behalf of the client Per Nukraya and seeks the aid of Manda ḏ-Hiia for him.

Mandaic Lead Amulet 225-265:
“Even as I am turned around, am made to disappear, am expelled and removed, so may every misfortune, and affliction and the Angels of Fury be bent and made to disappear and be expelled and be removed from the house, the dwelling, the mansion, and the building of Nukraya and from the souls which are within by these bonds which are over all bonds, and by this word which is over all words, and by this knot which is over all knots because this knot has Manda in his brilliance and life in secrecy and the lord of the air strengthened. And the pure Yošamin and Abatur have strengthened it. Ptahil, who built the House, has strengthened it. Šamiš (= the Sun) in his brilliance has strengthened it. Bel (= Jupiter), Nergal (= Mars), and Kewan (= Saturn) have strengthened it. The Moon in its brightness has strengthened it. Dilbat (= Venus), and Daniš have strengthened it. Nebo (= Mercury), his priest and worshipper, have strengthened it. The seven Planets have strengthened it. Their twelve angels have strengthened it. Their five leaders have strengthened it. West and East have strengthened it. The four corners of the House have strengthened it. The eight ends of the firmament have strengthened it. They are not able to turn back this pure commandment of light, which was given in truth and righteousness.
