Pahlavi Geographical text:
The capital of Bābīl was built by Bābīl during the reign of Yam. He (= Bābīl) bound there also the planet Tīr (Mercury = Nabû) and he pointed out the computation of the 7 and the 12 of the zodiacal signs and the planets. As the eighth (he taught the learning of) the fate through the sorcery of Mithra (= Sun) and those below (= mankind).
