Demotic Chronicle 30-31 (= P.Cairo 50153.2):
[Darius] wrote the words … of the laws of Egypt and they wrote a copy in a papyrus roll in script of Assyria [sh ˀIšr = Aramaic] and of epistles [sh šˀ.t = Demotic].
